Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Selora mobile application and related services provided by SollPath.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Selora, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Selora features
Selora may provide personalized spiritual-style content, daily reflections, forecasts, AI-powered guidance, premium features, account features, and other in-app experiences.
3. Important disclaimer
Selora is designed for reflection, entertainment, and general informational purposes.
You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified professional help when needed.
4. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
5. User content
You are responsible for the content you submit in Selora. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, misleading, or malicious content.
You grant us the right to process your submitted content as needed to provide and improve the App, operate AI-powered features, maintain security, and comply with applicable requirements.
6. Premium features and subscriptions
Some Selora features may require Selora Premium or another paid entitlement. Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are handled by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play terms and policies.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Selora, attempt to bypass access restrictions, interfere with the App or backend systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, abuse AI features, scrape data, or use Selora for unlawful or harmful purposes.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update the App, change feature availability, fix bugs, or adjust premium functionality as needed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selora is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on app content or AI-generated output.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the App, create security risks, or if required by law or platform rules.
