If you created a Selora account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

  • Use the account deletion option inside the Selora app, if available.
  • Send an email to: selorasupporttr@gmail.com

What to include

  • The email address used for your Selora account.
  • A short message saying that you want your Selora account and associated data deleted.

What happens next

  • We will review your request.
  • We may ask for basic confirmation to verify account ownership.
  • After verification, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable period.

What will be deleted

  • Your Selora account.
  • Profile and personalization data associated with the account.
  • Onboarding answers, daily reflections, and user content tied to the account where applicable.
  • Ask Selora or chat-related content associated with the account where applicable.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, platform compliance, dispute resolution, or backup reasons.

Important subscription note

Deleting your Selora account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
