This Privacy Policy explains how SollPath (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information related to the Selora mobile application (“Selora”, “App”).

2. Data we may collect

Depending on how you use Selora, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Account data: email address, authentication data, verification status, and account identifiers.
  • Profile and personalization data: name or display name, date of birth, zodiac sign, onboarding answers, preferences, and profile-related information you choose to provide.
  • User content: questions, messages, reflections, prompts, feedback, and other content submitted in the App, including Ask Selora or similar AI-powered features.
  • App activity: feature usage, daily guidance interactions, forecasts, reflections, premium feature usage, and similar in-app activity needed to operate the App.
  • Purchase and subscription status: Google Play purchase state, product identifiers, entitlement status, subscription status, and related technical purchase verification data. We do not collect or store full payment card details.
  • Technical and diagnostic data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, error logs, crash or diagnostic information, security events, and backend request data.
  • Support data: information you send to us for support, privacy, or account deletion requests.

3. How we use data

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and protect user accounts;
  • provide Selora features, including personalized content, daily reflections, forecasts, and AI-powered guidance;
  • process premium access and verify Google Play subscription status;
  • maintain app security, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues;
  • send service messages such as verification, password reset, support, and account-related emails;
  • respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests;
  • improve reliability, usability, and performance of the App;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, security, and platform requirements.

4. AI-powered features

Selora may include AI-powered features such as Ask Selora. Content you submit to these features may be processed to generate responses and provide personalized guidance.

AI responses are for reflection and general informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or professional advice.

5. Third-party service providers

We do not sell personal data. We may use third-party service providers to operate Selora, including hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, diagnostics, AI processing, payment verification through Google Play, security, and customer support.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and operate backups.

Some information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, platform compliance, or backup reasons.

7. Account deletion and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Selora account and associated data from inside the App where available, or by email at selorasupporttr@gmail.com.

When we process a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify account data and associated user content where applicable, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, compliance, or technical backup reasons.

Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your Selora account. Account deletion also does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Google Play.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children

Selora is not intended for children under 13 or for users below the minimum digital consent age required in their country. If we learn that a child has provided personal data in violation of applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
