These Subscription Terms explain how Selora Premium and paid access work in the Selora mobile application.

1. Selora Premium

Selora may offer premium features such as extended guidance, Ask Selora access, premium forecasts, weekly reports, or other enhanced experiences. Exact premium features may vary by app version, region, product configuration, and availability.

2. Billing provider

For the Google Play version of Selora, subscriptions and purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment details, billing, cancellation, renewals, refunds, and payment method management are handled by Google Play according to Google Play terms and policies.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. The billing period and price are shown in the purchase screen before confirmation.

4. Managing or canceling a subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings. Uninstalling Selora or deleting your Selora account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

5. Free trials and promotions

If a free trial, introductory price, or promotional offer is available, the specific terms will be shown before purchase. After a trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may renew at the regular price unless canceled in time.

6. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are generally handled by Google Play according to Google Play refund policies. We do not control Google Play refund decisions.

7. Account deletion and subscriptions

Deleting your Selora account removes or de-identifies account data where applicable, but it does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play.

8. Changes

We may update premium features, subscription products, prices, or availability. Where required, changes will be communicated through the App, Google Play, or this page.
